The girl he loves is midnight, like the blue of the sea cradled by the moonlight.
The girl he loves is verdant, the very green of the hill kissed by the summer delight.
The girl he loves is coral, as pink as the roses that grow in his mother's garden.
The girl he loves is crimson, red like the autumn leaves that lay abandoned.
The girl he loves I can never be
Because he's allergic to violets,
And violets are too much like me.

The Sun and the Rain (poem)
Rainbows
The sun was a pretty girl;
Dressed in ribbons and bows.
Each day she brightened up the earth
With her crimson orange glow.
The rain was cold and bitter;
Friends with the sleet and snow.
His heart hung heavy with misery,
His songs were full of woe.
One day they collided.
The sun said “Don’t you know?
The grey and cloudy tears will soon disappear;
I think you’re great just so.”
So up in the sky together
They let their love flow.
It leapt from their hearts, across the world
And became a rainbow.
How are you?
I am fine, thank you.
Stop lying…
How was your weekend?
It was great, tons of fun!
Besides the nights I spent crying….
Are you sure you’re okay?
Yeah, of course I am fine.
No I’m not I am in so much pain….
Can you imagine being alone?
No, that would be horrible!

Don't be scared, darling.
We're going to try something new
Eating our meals, and swallowing each bite,
Not hiding the chewed up remains under our tongue,
And not making ourselves vomit through the night.
We're going to try something new,
Bringing the liquor down from our lips,
Not turning to the alcohol for comfort,
Until the addiction rips.
We're going to try something new,
Throwing away the needles, the pins, and the blades
Not searching underneath our skin for emotion,
Watching the wounds and the scars fade.
We're going to try something new,
Darling, I challenge you, I dare you.
We're going to try something new...
Darling,
Why does that scare you?

You Don't Know Your Daughter At All
Just because she is no longer in a cradle
Does not mean that your baby wont fall
And if you think that her smile means she is happy
Then you don’t know your daughter at all
On arriving home from school she runs up the stairs
And locks herself away in her room
It’s so easy to think that it’s just teenage angst
That will pass in time and be gone soon
Perhaps you assume that it is just boy trouble
A romance that will soon be forgot
Yes, maybe her problems are just a passing phase
But then again what if they are not
What if they’re deep rooted in the parental soil
That you’ve been failing to cultivate
As she grow
I feel your hands in my hair.
I feel your breath on my neck.
I feel your body pressed so close to mine.
I feel your lips on my throat.
I feel your hands move to my back and your lips work their way up to mine.
I feel you and I love it.
I hear you say you love me.
I hear you whisper my name.
I hear you tell me I'm the only one for you.
I hear your breath in my ear.
I hear your soft snores as I fall asleep.
I hear you and I love it.
I see you as I run into your arms.
I see your face break through my world of darkness.
I see you fight away my fears.
I see you wipe away my tears.
I see you're in love with me.
I see you and I love

Princess Fate's Birthday - Part 1
"Fateee?!" My joyful yells echoed through the kingdom as I galloped around the palace, carrying a huge present for my sister. "Fatey? Are you in here?" My voice was hushed. I gently prodded Fate's bedroom door with my nose and peaked in. "Fate!" I smiled at her presents, trotting into the room gracefully. She quickly turned to face me as she heard my voice. She must have been brushing her mane or something, since when she turned I heard a thud; which must have been the brush hitting the table. Luckily she wasn't holding up a mirror... I gently placed the gift on the floor and nudged it with my hoof.
She happily sprang towards my direction an

The Origins - Chapter One
I opened my eyes and all I could see was endless blackness, threatening to swallow me whole. I quickly looked to my right and saw my little sister laying on the cold, hard ground beside me. Fate's warm body was pressed up against mine. Seeing her made me calm down, if only a little.
Where are we... I questioned myself. Shakily, I managed to lift off the cold floor.
"Fate?" My small voice whispered, sounding unusually loud for a soft noise as it echoed all around us. "Can you hear me?" I walked over to her and poked her with my horn. It started glowing brightly - strange coloured sparkles flashed off it, brightening the area around us and all

The Living Past
Zekk the Diamond Dog worked with his pick furiously at the stone, the sweat of his day's labor mixing with the grime and dirt caking his brown fur. His yellow eyes were well suited for working in low light environments, so having just one lone lamp was enough for him to see what he was doing. This was a new section of tunnel and his pack leader had assigned him to search for gems there.
He ran the back of his furry hand across his pug face, his ragged sleeve catching on one of his fangs jutting up from his lower jaw. Zekk took a moment to unhinge the wool, grumbling irritably until it was free. Casti
